Focus on mastery, artistry and expression. You’ll learn advanced transitions and pose, work on core strength in creative movement. Follow with inverted sequences and air awareness.
Low Silk - Core in the Air
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this grounding aerial yoga class using knee-height silks. With the hammock set closer to the floor, you’ll explore yoga-inspired sequences designed to activate your core, improve postural alignment, and support mindful movement.

This flow focus on shoulder & neck, or hips & lower back liberation by using yoga props, it’s ideal for people who works long hours with stress. liberation implies releasing tension to reduce anxiety.

Workshop
Ground to Air
This workshop offers a safe, structured introduction to hammock-based movement and supported yoga postures.
